So a major mission of ours is to make the PC more prominent-as a port of choice for entertainment software. " "the kind of stuff where somebody reaches out from the screen and hits your head against the chair, 100 feet away. This is high-class technology, but all that stuff is going to be available on desktop PCs within a few years." "I think that nothing's going to touch the kind of machines that the Pentium II dual-independent bus structure/accelerated graphics port combination is going to bring. I think it's going to put us in a different class" "U.S. home penetration is a proxy for a broader issue. This is a global industry, so these same kinds of factors that have caused this market to explode to 40 percent in a matter of a few years are at work everywhere else.
