The guy was given days to live in Oct. 08.....after getting the drug he died in early Nov 08. So maybe Mayo and the mfg knew something? The guy had the money....I don't think its against the law for a doc to prescribe an experimental drug... BTW, watch for Cheney to get a heart transplant by being placed at the head of the line....
