TopCat, the only thing Dr. Laura did wrong was to talk over the caller.

Other than that, I think if people read the transcript for themselves and listened to the audio, they will agree that Dr. Laura is not a racist. An overbearing talk show host, definitely, but not a bigot.

Of course, most people don't want to bother listening for themselves. They'd rather hear the sound-bite version from sources like CNN.
