A few more adds for me today: Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. (MHR) - Increased position by 33% Medical Properties Trust, Inc.(NYSE: MPW) - upped position by 33% finance.yahoo.com Part of my MPW position is hedged with Oct 10 Calls that I wrote last month. Close to a full position and will add more at prices below $9.00/share. My MHR position is about 70% complete. Looking to see the stock over $5.00/share when they announce their NG gathering and/or oil pipeline distribution contract w/ 3rd party gather/distributor. I suspect it will be a partial sale (maybe 40% interest) of a newly formed subsidiary company to a conglomerate LLC like KMR. This deal will provide more capital to MHR to further build out their completed wells.
