Dear Mr. Chow:

Thanks for your e-mail.

We recognize that Global has almost no profile with the eastern press. As
long as we are only listed on the Alberta exchange, it is hard to generate
much interest outside of the local community. We have changed our
distribution provider to Canada News Wire, regarded as the best channel to
get media coverage. Even with that change, I doubt that we will get
significant coverage.

One of our goals is to get listed on the TSE. It is an expensive and time
consuming process. We want to become large enough to justify such a move,
and hope that next year we can achieve the goal. Once that happens, we
should be able to generate more interest in the central Canadian investment
community.
