He had no plan. He fooled you by saying he'd close it. And you fell for his line without thinking through what the issues would be in moving the prisoners.

For chrissakes Buddy, every time over the past seven years anyone mentioned closing GITMO, the question was always asked, "Where are you going to put the prisoners?" For this empty suit to come in without a plan to move them is just inexcusable. And for you to fall for it is just fukking dumb.
