They have developed the technique of mutual recommending. I think they believe that it demonstrates their popular support in the US as a whole. It's part of their whole, goose-stepping mindset. One of them will post something, go to a right wing thread and ask to be recommended. A flock of wingnuts will come and click "recommend this post" - probably not even reading the drivel. I've seen jlallen get 15 recs for a "LOL", or a "pinhead!"! If a rec is obviously on a far right, drivel post, just ignore it. It's meaningless.
