FWIW,
I agree with your post at stockhouse on 20 Mill.
Verified, in so much as, discussions are being carried
out at this time. Was informed it would be dilutive if
the discussions succeeded. That lets out reverse split.
Was also informed, no news about corp. update forthcoming
due to being non-news. Info is 10 days old.

ps Foreign investors I believe was stated
