If any of you know how to read a stock's tape action, you would know that there were some heavy hitters that bought AAPL stock last week. You can notice the volume swelled each day and the big blocks began to appear towards the end of the week. I for one am a trader moreso than an investor at the current time, and one of the most important rules is DO NOT FIGHT THE TAPE. For those of you that know what that implies, good, for the rest, go learn a bit more about the stock market so you can make a few $$$. I am not here to hold hands or argue, just to state a few simple facts about AAPL's trading pattern lately. For starters, I am not too worried about Goldman sitting on the offer.....they have sat on the offer in the past and I have seen stocks pop big time the next day...take CREAF for example during their last earnings. Another stock where I witnessed Goldman work the bid all last week was RDRT and look at what happened to them on Friday...they dropped over 10%. Trust me Goldman is not losing $$$ by selling these shares and keeping the stock down, most likely they have a hedging option position an/or they are keeping the stock down so their priority customers can get in at a better price. If anyone here has watched AAPL trade everyday this week on Level2 than go ahead and speak up, but if not, then do not question the tape and my ability to read it.
