Rauf's existing mosque and another mosque are already in the neighborhood and no one is telling them to leave. Rauf is actually planning to move his mosque to a big new building that will be constructed to overlook the 911 attack site.

Rauf should be willing to move his new planned location to someplace where it won't look like a monument.
