Chris imagine if no one was out there investing, building, remodeling, hiring, putting risk capital at work in new ventures ect..but instead was hoarding their cash under a mattress or was a right winger bitching about taking back America or restoring our freedoms then we really would be in depression. The interest rates are really a huge driver. I am stunned at all the cash out there being put to work by a quiet minority, many with hope for a better future, since we have been in deep recession or worse down here for almost three years....
