See, you cling to anything that fits your bias. The above is not true. The CBO mentions in their report that recipients of stimulus money above $25K are required to report jobs created as a result, and that this is factored in and is indeed the low end of their estimate. The CBO also mentions that they don't consider this reporting to be reliable enough. This is hard stuff to do and too many people, like you for instance, who talk from the bleachers but don't really know much to back up their claims are simply motivated by politics.
