Roland, I have been down at the FONR thread for the last few days trying to understand why their stock has not moved despite the finality of the GE settlement. I was wondering why they do not discuss ANMR/MAMO impact on the planned entry into mamography of this outfit and why no posts here (at least the last 100 posts I perused) address this competitive threat. Can you shed light on this issue for me?

By the way, did GE actually acquire the high field business completely and paid just $5.1 for which they will eventually get some 20 MM shares or more (and will own 25% of ANMR) or have I missed another payment associated with that acquisition?

TIA.

Zeev
