No facial hair - even for a pious Muslim?

I remember when I lived nearby in Buena Park (1985)
some "white" guy was suing over being fired for growing a moustache and lost - facial hair is not a part of the Disney image.

PS: Jesus Christ couldn't get a job either without a shave and lose the sandals and for the love of god, put on some pants!
