Z, Excellent work there.

I hope your model is correct and from what I've read of QNTM data, it seems very reasonable. The interesting thing is what QNTM management said recently ... they may take a one-time charge to handle the high-end business red ink. If they reduce their exposure to that segment and concentrate on the higher margin/more protected segments, one would predict a very rosy outlook down the road. Also, it would be interesting to see what the reaction to NFR will be in early 98 when the TeraStor stuff hits the low-end large capacity market.

Your valuations also use between 20 to 40x earnings for DLT, even though QNTM is projecting 100% annual growth rate. Question marks exist for pricing pressures at 3 gb or higher. Still, the impact on QNTM should be greatly decreased by DLTs expansion. I'm still accumulating as much as my meager finances will allow.
