Economic projections are projections, not actual results. Some guesses from those projections can be compared to the actual results (projections of government revenue, deficits, and debt, GDP growth, etc.), some can not (projections of the specific size of, or in some cases even the directions of, specific factors in determining the overall results which can be measured).
