Gary - I believe from Intel's perspective, the reseller channel refers to the PC outfits like Dell, Gateway, Micron, Compaq etc. and not how these outfits sell their machines. On another note, steve wrote.... "would you rather streamline the process wherepeople make 7-15 an hr.. or streamline the process of the fat cats on the business side where they pay 40-100k+." Not to pick nits but, 40-100k hardly qualifies as fat-cat salary. 40k isn't even minimum wage is it?<ggg> One thing to keep in mind about Dell's compensation policy is that executive base salaries are not very exciting but are heavily weighted in stock options. Mr. Dell makes sure his troops are properly motivated! Also, Dell has a very flat organizational structure, there is typically only 3-4 levels of mgmt between say a technician and M. Dell so there is little danger of being executively bloated. MEATHEAD
