Hi all:
Here is what I feel the settlement means for MYNG. First read the following link.

biz.yahoo.com

After taking off all expenses for the company to settle vendor and employee obligations from the Queenstake operations, there will be 2 1/2 million dollars left over. Plus,MYNG is getting 2 million shares of Anglo-Gold. At today's price of .54 cents, that is another $1080,000. Grand total is over $3.5 million in the bank.
Now, here is my opinion of what is going to happen. Blane Wilson is the COO of both MYNG and Klondex Gold. I see a merger of the two companies. Klondex has the mine which has, according to my research, a high grade of gold. MYNG would come to the table with the Gold Bar plant, plus the cash. The Klondex is 23 mine miles from the Gold Bar plant. To me this is the perfect fit. I would be surprised if it did not happen.
Terry Turner has been bashed ummercifully during the last few years by the bashers. He did keep the company afloat to get to this point, Yes, a boatload of shares were outstanding. Bolivia and Morales hurt the company and in 2008 they announced a restructuring. I honestly feel we are about to see the fruits of Terry and Tracy Madsen's labor. I expect the next few months to be very exciting. Thus is how I see events unfolding.
