With regard to the 4 3/4 price, I think there were just a few sell orders at market--I have always found that "at market orders" are an invitation to the MMs to capitalize on the occasion. All buys were at 4 15/16ths and above--as high as 5 1/8 if I recall correctly.

There is still some selling pressure on RGFX but that could dry up at any time. Yes, an increase in the stock price to 6 represents a very nice gain from where it is now.
