Terri: Thanks for opening under the new name. In reviewing the July financing, I noted that the preferred carries a conversion factor at $.285/share; that price looks pretty good not that WSII has rebounded to the heights of $.875+/-. I thought their niche in reusing landfills would defintely be a "better moustrap" and if they're able to stay afloat we may yet see a profit on this stock.
