I didn't know you had to be a citizen to vote. I thought you were eligible to vote as long as you passed your states driver's test.
By the way wasn't the voter registration at the motor vehicle department one of Frances Fox Piven's greatest acomplishments along with her ties to Acorn? Not that any of these things are in any way related to The Coward-Piven Strategy.
