I wish I could remember and post a link as to where I saw mention of insider selling at AMWD. As I recall, the selling was in Aug/Sept at about the $16-17 level by 3 insiders (again, as I recall). When I read this, I got spooked and sold my shares at $22. I thought I may have read it in Individual Investor Insider Edge section but I can't seem to find it online in any of their Aug/Sept/Oct back issues so maybe that's not where I saw it...and I've since tossed my hard copy of these issues. So, to make a long story short..I definately read this somewhere and I got out! Oh well, I'm happy with my 40% profit in just a few short months. It seems to keep bumping against the 22 3/8 and 22 1/2 level and falling back. I see it dropped about 9% on Friday to around $20. These failed attempts to break out (above the 52 week high) can't be a good sign TA wise are they? Personnally, no matter what the TA is saying, the "fundamental" of insider selling is good enough for me to bail! Good luck. Jim
