I am guessing this silver move is a large buyer taking advantage of the artifically low silver price. It could be China as they are desparately trying to get out of the US dollar, or someone deciding to just take advbantage of the low price of slver. If the hedge funds try to power the price down the big pockets can just take advantage of their game and buy the silver cheap?
