there were 3 trades on Arca: an 800 share trade, a 200 share trade, and a 100 share trade, Your scale is in millions - but the blurb refers to as little as 100 share trade - the volume is practically zero but it triggers a "reaction"...and nobody would have noticed it... Is this a way to trigger stop losses with very little volume? Of course one needs to stay within the breaker "bandwidth"
