What's HFT, for example? Front running is criminal, HFT is apparently not. Not much of a difference, except technically HFT is front running trades based on "available market information" It's only "available market info" to those who use HFT, so it's criminal. -ng- But again all the points are well stated. With no confidence in the trust worthiness of the market there is no market...-vng- "There were quite a few strange cases of futures rogue traders around during the market melts of 2007-2008.
