God plays dice with genes. Out of a mix, is pure luck that someone comes out good, excellent or plain useless.

Juvenile diabetes is passed from the female to the male offspring.

My mother has five sons. Only one got exterminated by juvenile dibetes. Me, plus the other four men, had just luck not to have it.

My sister has only one boy and he is affected. In hs ciase he can take and will not give up and die.

I guess some other genetic characteristic are just like that: luck.

I am luck to have got out of poverty in my generation. Perhaps because I am more alert to what surrounds me, born out of a total mistrust in authority, Government and big organizations).

My other four brothers plus two sisters wre not that luck.

It is only their sons and daughters (all my nephews and nieces are doing very well) that are not going to be poor.

Wife is a mixture: European, Amerindian and Black.
She, well you know her, has no Amerindian nor Black looks, but some of their psychologic characteristics are black and Amerindian.

Her brother is plain Black-Amerindian as is her niece and nephew. Her sister is a gree-eyed Black-Amerindian.
