The UK follows only China with holdings of over 360 billion in U.S. Treasuries having purchased 280 billion this year alone.
That's interesting isn't it, considering their true debt to GDP ratio is estimated at 333% and they're essentially insolvent.

Where does that Treasury money come from?
Being an international banking center they may handle transactions for the FED along with their other clients, because they're broke.

So, who is really the 2nd largest holder of U.S. debt in the world?
Which only adds to the mystery of a FED audit.
