Hi khuang,

I periodically look through the SEC files for Tender-Offer Statements -- Going-Private Transaction -- Schedule 13E-3.

Also set up some google alerts, they can be hit or miss.

There are some website/blogs that are on the lookout for arb plays. I like to cite the source when I post on SI e.g. FIS.
