Frank--- I agree INTC is low here but unsure this or any issue will not go lower. I believe there are better issues for "Achieving Wealth" at these levels. I would not sell INTC holdings unless over weighted in one issue. For adding to a tech portfolio and portfolio in general there are buys that should appreciate a better rate to allow greater gains. JOHN
