Given this company's ZITL-like penchant for announcing anything good that might benefit them and a definite desire to keep their SEC filings quiet, I suspect no news is bad news for CDRD. I may have found a new indicator; companies with the largest number of SEC filings tend to be in the most trouble. CDRD will have to sign up a few more $10/month subscribers to pay all the lawyers for those 300KB SEC filings. If there is no news by market close on Friday, expect the Street to digest the news over the weekend and go hunting for bear by Monday. Does the name Custer ring a bell? I'm suspicious, though, that the new 60% threshold was clever vote-counting by CDRD management in a desperate effort to save their posteriors and their stock price. If the stock tanks, the secondary will be a distant memory. Please post anything you find and I will do likewise. Good luck.
