Thanks for the thoughts. I agree. These are volatile stocks in a cyclical industry. Yet the long term trend for the industry is clearly up. SVGI, from what I've heard, has significant competition. FSII is beating its competition and so may not trade below book value. I wouldn't count on getting more at $9.00. But then, stranger things have happened.
