I looked at its dividend history and either the data is incomplete or its history of paying is spotty. Three dividends in 2008, only one in 2009 and 2 so far this year. It could be a great stock but it doesn't meet the first of my criteria. If it is not a dividend grower but has a high yield then I want it to be a consistent dividend payer (like a utility). Based on the data I see, which could be incorrect, there is no telling if it is even going to pay anymore dividends this year.
