RE: I was wondering if anyone had an opinion of tomorrows fast track vote..."

I'm all for "Free Trade." However, regarding Fast Track, I'm not sure whether I would like to take the power for determining trade policies away from Congress and give it to the President. In this case, Clinton says he will use Fast Track to promote free trade. But, remember that the power could also be used the other way. A president could apply the power provided by Fast Track to implement a protectionist policy.

Best wishes,
