It suggests Kurzweil is [effectively] terminated which also implies Softquad shareholders are left with a management team which was exclusively responsible for the Kurzweil contract and legacy to SWEBF shareholders...the new products taking up the Kurzweil slack is a patently absurd argument and an 'in denial' argument for alleged management gross negligence, again, in our opinion. Softquad's only viable option, in the event of a Kurzweil termination (in addition to immediate and vigorous class action litigation v. LHSPF et al) along with immediate removal of the Rabins', would be to immediately window dress the company and put it into play(.), in our opinion.
