I've owned both SDY and PEY for awhile. I realized the disadvantage of paying their mgt fee. But this turnover ratio is crazy for funds supposedly following a very simple strategy. Are they constantly rebalancing to keep their positions in the exact same proportions? I'll exit both these positions shortly.
