Just found this board and I am looking for some help. IMO the the commercial REIT funds are extremely overvalued. I am looking for ways to short the commercial REITs, but unfortunately I can not do that directly, as most of my investment funds are in an IRA and which prohibits shorting or selling calls, etc., except for covered calls. I have found some short and ultra-short ETFs, but I am not sure at this point if they would meet my objectives. I found the below site and the articles/opinions quite intriguing. boombustblog.com Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
