Hi Dale, I haven't read enough of your posts to know if that was tongue in cheek or not....but the government already has their nose way to far up my hiring practices. I've spent more time & money this year doting I's & crossing T's than ever before.....none of that effort or cash spent increased my efficiency one iota. Increased government requirements and rules over the years has caused me to decrease the number of people used in my humble operation. Any official edict demanding I hire someone will not be received in a very favorable mood around here. They can already go fly a kite(assuming somebody in D.C. is smart enough to put one together for less than $800k).....they need to back off.
