One thing that was NOT in the 'I have a Dream' speech.... That one day the Federal Gov't would create Affirmative Action that would openly discriminate in favor of blacks [and to a lesser extent women] in all walks in life. These discriminatory protections would have the force of law literally creating mandatory quotas in employment, housing [Community Reinvestment Act], banking, etc', etc. At the same time AA would openly discriminate against the only group of people never given AA protections; white men.
