I have some insight into this. It isn't former Soviet geneticically engineered weapons they are chasing. In fact, of the 27 'experts' the Soviet Union had in genetic research are collectively contributing to the Human Genone Project, AgriHusb research, Chernobyl gene therapy and a couple of other humanitarian projects.

As for bilological weapons, any pesticide plant/factory can be effectively transformed into a bio-weapons lab in about 10 days. What the Iraqis are moving/hiding is much more primitive stuff. Letahl, but nothing to resurrect the cold war paranoia over.
