Polling data? (You want to 'rebut' the opinions of American citizens that they have expressed at various points-in-time in recorded history? Why? How would you even go about *doing* that? :-)

Still... we have the *massive recessions* in common for the two periods!

And the way-strong positive correlation (.9) in the polling data for the two thus far....
