Bob just made the comment that the Iraqi standoff could lead to a buying opportunity if it causes the market to panic and sell off back to the region of the lows.

This comment was made in the context of a military escalation such as the downing of a U.S. plane.

I take this as another indication that Bob feels there is a buying opportunity if the market heads back to the 7100 level.
