I attended the All tech, introductory seminar about 6 months ago. At that time they were charging 5000$ for a 2 week course to learn to SOES trade. I was a bit intimidated by the amount of money they were asking, especially since they seem to expect you to trade 10-20 times per day at 25$ per ticket. It would seem to me that if they were really interested in "training" you to be a successful trader they would do it for free, especially since you would then be generating 300-500$ worth of commisions per day.

Needless to say I did not attend the training seminar. I continue to trade from home, via the internet with 'AT Financial' for quotes and charts, and Datek online for executions. Many times I only trade 1 or 2 times a day, although on busy days I trade more.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who has traded this way who then switched to trading in an office environment. Did it pay off? was it much easier, or was there more pressure to generate tickets?

Cricket, if you do take the full course with All-tech or anyone else, I would really appreciate hearing how you liked it and if you felt it was worth the investment. Good luck in your trading endeavores.....;^)
