Sustained DEFICIT SPENDING necessitates borrowing to cover the gap, and the costs associated with that debt CANNOT be ignored.

A) WHEN? (What time period? What 'spending'?

and,

B) I REFUSE to 'ignore borrowing costs' (or engage in any other unreal simplification of the real world problem... simply to come up to some unreal desired 'result').
