Problem with that prescription is that EMPLOYMENT is among the *most* lagging of economic indicators (lagging FAR BEHIND industrial expansion!) so it don't exactly work that way in the real world. <GGG>

'Chicken and egg' paradox here only the author of that piece, Mark A. Calabria, looks like he expects the chicken to grow into the egg. LOL!
