Too bad you cannot get that PR guy over to Peak sooner. They really need work on how they put out press releases. The big problem so far has been the disclosure. So far there has only been disclosure of positive events. I am hoping a move to the Bulletin Board will give us full disclosure, meaning the good and the bad. Apparently we were inches away from bankruptcy in July, but if you called the company they would tell you everything was great.

If there is a hold-up with the Bulletin Board then we need to know. Instead they have no one answering the phones. If NetMagnet is delayed we need to know, we have a right to know! We are the shareholders and thus we own part of the company. I'm not asking for corporate secrets, this stuff should be public information.

Another example: There is never a set date for earnings to be released. They need to pick a date and announce it. It gives investors something to look forward to. It give investors confidence that there is actually someone doing the books. I shouldn't have to call their IR 20 times to find out something like that.
