I don't think the only sources giving Cuba good marks for medical care come from Cuba and I also don't think that have good marks only when compared to poor countries. There is enough data out there to give them a fair rating... And I don't choose to get into a discussion about political systems because it won't be productive.... But feel free to link some objective surveys that show Cuba to have a poor medical system....
