Martin,

Suggest you read these:
biz.yahoo.com (particularly the Corporate Profile, although it is now a bit out of date)

and the last 30-40 posts on this thread. Some of us have been following TSIS for quite a long time and have managed to scrape together a fair amount of information. Total outstanding is approximately 18MM, with a 13-14MM float. These are only approximate because the company has been financing themselves with direct share sales to the public - nothing secret or underhanded I don't think, but I would suspect that this is one of the things that is holding the stock price down. These are scheduled to stop this month as revenues start coming in from AT&T et al. This leads me to believe that a strong price rise could occur as those sales are phased out. There has been some speculation that earnings over the next year could easily approach the present share price. I repeat - speculation. It could happen, particularly at the rate at which the company is signing clients.

Those who have been reading this thread for a while know that I am extremely bullish on this stock, so do not take my word for it. Call the company, listen to the investor line and form your own opinion. Will look forward to hearing what you conclude. I'll be out of town for the next few days. Will be sorry to miss the action - Friday's strong close indicates the probability of price movement (up, I hope <g>).

Fred Rollins has probably had more direct communication with TSIS than anyone else here - Fred, anything to add?

Mike
