Yes, but DELL did drive up the price for 3PAR to nosebleed levels <G>...HP overpaid big time...This deal is only good for the venture capitalists who invested in 3PAR years ago...and DELL will get over $70 Million in a "break up" fee and they can walk away and find a better way to offer new solutions to leverage the cloud computing revolution.
