Ted...California is in a lose, lose situation. All they can hope for is a government bailout. I guess living with the consequences of your own actions is not an option.

That's way too negative an assessment. CA is far from a poor state. It has many assets that other states can only dream about.

What it needs IMO is a constitutional convention. Its the governance and taxation of CA that's badly messed up.....again IMO.
