Do you think Dirk was being honest when he made that claim or was he possibly misrepresenting the truth?" False choice. Those are the only possibilities. Besides, it was clear he wasn't talking about Bulldozer, but Llano. You have resorted to your old tricks of hand-waving, conflating different issues and making wild claims.
